Betty Nwabuonwu

Betty Nwabuonwu is a senior project manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects across various industries, currently leading strategic project delivery at ADM within the Global Technology PMO. Previously, Betty held project management roles at organizations such as Apex Systems and Speridian Technologies, focusing on system implementation and organizational readiness. With a background as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at UMB Bank, Betty managed enterprise-level projects, supporting teams in agile methodologies and product backlog maintenance. Betty's earlier experience includes significant positions at Kansas City Southern Railroad, State Street, and roles as a programmer analyst and technical manager in which expertise in financial systems and database management was developed. Betty holds a B.S.B.A in Computer Information Science and an MBA in Finance, both from Avila University, and is certified as a PMP®, PSM®, and CSPO®.
