Brendan Gardiner

Brendan Gardiner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at ADM, where leadership extends to a global team of 120 legal professionals across 19 countries. Overseeing all aspects of ADM's $94 billion commercial business, Brendan's role includes managing litigation and regulatory disputes, as well as advising on environmental health and safety, food safety, and labor matters. Prior to ADM, Brendan held various legal roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Lead Counsel for International Trade and several positions within Solar Turbines Inc., focusing on compliance, contract negotiation, and litigation. Additionally, Brendan's earlier experience includes a position at Sidley Austin and serving as a law clerk for The Honorable Susan H. Black at the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Brendan holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from Notre Dame Law School and a BA, Cum Laude, in English from the University of Notre Dame.
