Emily Fitzgerald

Emily Fitzgerald currently serves as Senior Counsel for Ag Services & Oilseeds at ADM since November 2022. Prior to this role, Emily worked at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP from June 2010 to November 2022, progressing from Summer Associate to Associate and ultimately to Partner. Earlier experiences include internship positions at OfficeMax and United Airlines in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Emily earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Illinois College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Notre Dame.
