Joe Paoli

Joe Paoli, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and commercial leadership within the food and ingredients industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Customers at ADM since April 2020, Joe is responsible for the global strategic alliance with General Mills Inc. Previously, Joe held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales at Southern States Cooperative, where leadership and vision helped generate nearly $1 billion in revenue. Joe’s tenure at Cargill spanned over 15 years, during which various roles, including Vice President of Commercial Excellence and Vice President of Sales, contributed to significant organizational transformations and growth strategies. Education includes an MBA in Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, along with coursework in Engineering Mechanics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
