Jordan Watson

Jordan Watson, Ed.D, LPC, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Clinical Mental Health Master’s Program at Lindenwood University and as the Campus Recruiting & DEI Program Manager for North America at ADM. Watson owns True North Career Consulting, LLC, and previously held significant roles such as Director of Career Services and Employer Relations at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, and Director of Equity and Inclusion at Incarnate Word Academy. Watson's extensive experience in career development includes serving as a Career Development Specialist at Saint Louis University, where tailored career counseling was provided to undergraduate business students. Watson's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, along with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Georgia State University.
