Terry Grooms

Terry Grooms is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Global Technology Director at ADM since March 2021, Terry focuses on enhancing organizational and personnel capabilities. Prior to this role, Terry held key positions at Fifth Third Bank as Vice President/Director of Group Management Digital and Product Engineering, and at Great American Insurance as AVP of IT Services. At GRE Insurance Group, Terry acted as AVP Solution Architect, emphasizing user experience and customer value. Terry began the career as a Manufacturing Systems Developer at GE Aircraft Engines after completing a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from Morehead State University and graduating from the GE ISDP with a focus on leadership and technology.
