Emily Thompson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Emily currently holds the position of Head of Talent Development, Performance, and Culture at Archer since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gap Inc. where they held several roles including Director of Executive Development and Senior Manager in Talent Management, Operating Model Transformation, and Customer Fulfillment Strategy. In terms of certifications, Emily has obtained the Hogan assessments certification from Hogan Assessments, the DiSC Certification from Integral Talent Systems, and completed Leadership Coaching training at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Additionally, they hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation, which they acquired in December 2016.
