Graham Hickson

Graham Hickson has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Graham began their career as a Technical Lead at Commerce One in 2000 and later joined EFI, where they held multiple positions including Manager of IS&T Applications Development, Director of IT, and Senior Director of IT ERP. During their time at EFI, Graham implemented enterprise-wide software solutions, created product roadmaps, and established a Program Management Office (PMO) for IT governance.

In 2017, Graham joined VIAVI Solutions as a Senior Director of IT, where they successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for Sales and Services, resulting in significant cost savings and a seamless deployment for 1,400 users globally.

In 2020, Graham worked as a Consultant at G Squared Media, a pre-seed gaming company, where they focused on scaling the platform to accommodate tens of thousands of concurrent users. Graham developed a product roadmap and devised a cloud deployment strategy on AWS to increase capacity.

In 2021, Graham joined First Republic Bank as a Core Transformation Consultant, and then later in 2022, they became the Director of IT Applications at Archer, an aerospace company focused on sustainable air mobility. At Archer, Graham faces the challenge of ensuring SOX compliance for all relevant systems after the company became publicly traded through a SPAC.
