Jin Hu has extensive experience in controls engineering, specializing in automation and programming for various systems. From June 2018 to October 2020, Jin worked as a Controls Engineer at Integrated Automation Systems, LLC, developing control systems and programming complex automated machines. Following this, Jin served in several roles at Tesla from August 2024 to July 2025, focusing on cells manufacturing. Prior to this, Jin gained experience as a Senior Controls Engineer during a brief internship with Patrick Industries, Inc., where production rates were improved through machine upgrades and the development of a remote monitoring database. Currently, Jin works as a Staff Automation Controls Engineer at Archer, concentrating on electric engine manufacturing. Jin holds a Master of Science in Robotics from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.
