Kevin Hobson

Kevin Hobson currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Archer, where responsibilities include overseeing litigation, labor and employment, regulatory matters, business expansion, and supporting the commercial team. Previously, Kevin held the position of Senior Employment Counsel at Instacart, providing strategic advice on legislative and labor regulations. Kevin also served as Senior Trial Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, managing various legal matters before federal courts. Prior experience includes work as Assistant Fund Counsel for the Central Pension Fund. Kevin earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies from Colby College.
