Amit Arya has a strong background in sales, business development, and customer support. Amit has held various roles throughout their career, including Business Director at Archer Integrated Risk Management and Sales Manager at Inspira Enterprise. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in Sales for Data Security Solutions at Bluestar Engineering And Electronics Limited. Amit also gained experience as a Product Manager at Technobind Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for defining product strategies and managing the product development process. Additionally, Amit has worked as a Senior Solution Consultant at iValue InfoSolutions Pvt. Ltd and a Consulting Manager at Venktron Digital Systems Pvt Ltd, where they focused on enterprise and SMB account management. Amit began their career as an Escalation Specialist in Tech Support at Teleperformance India and later worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Serco.

Amit Arya completed their high school education at Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Information Technology. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Sunrise University. In 2018, Amit Arya enrolled in Subharti University and obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology and Marketing, which they completed in 2020.

In terms of certifications, Amit Arya received the Valueselling Certification from Visualize - Inc in April 2023. Amit also achieved the Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE) in 2006. Additionally, they obtained the PDWSE certification from F-Tec in 2005.
