Shannon C.

Shannon C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon began their career in 2011 as a Teacher for Warren County Schools through Teach For America. In 2015, they worked as a Youth and Education Fellow at Home Forward before transitioning to a Consultant role at a self-run business. In 2016, Shannon gained experience as a Global B2C Strategy MBA Intern at UPS. Shannon joined Deloitte in 2017 as a Senior Strategy Consultant, where they worked until 2020. Most recently, Shannon has been serving as the Director of Operations at Archetype since August 2022, and prior to that, they held the position of Engagement Manager at the same company from December 2020 to August 2022.

Shannon C. has a B.A. from American University, where they studied International Relations, Spanish, and Public Relations. Shannon also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Sustainable Enterprise and General Management. Shannon also holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy.
