Irakli Ukleba is an experienced professional in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Department at Archi Group and as the Founding Director of Norma Ltd since 2019. Previously, Irakli held positions as Project Manager at Barnard Howell Partnership International and KG Energy, where oversight included significant hydro power projects. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Rakeen Construction and AXIS, managing large-scale construction complexes, and Senior Civil Engineer at the Georgian International Oil Corporation, contributing to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Oil Pipeline project. Irakli's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Georgian Technical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hydro Engineering.
