Ahmed Refai

Ahmed Refai has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ahmed started their career at Procter & Gamble as a Sector Manager in Upper Trade. Ahmed then moved on to Raya Information Technology, where they worked as an Account Manager in the General Business sector. Later, they worked at INTERNET SECURITY SYSTEMS (Currently an IBM Company) as a Regional Business Development Manager. After that, they joined Vodafone and held roles such as Sales Supervisor and Performance Analyst/Project Manager. Ahmed then transitioned to Archimedia, where they took on multiple roles including General Manager in Egypt and the UAE, Regional Director of Business Development, and most recently, Regional Commercial Director. Currently, they are a Managing Partner and Co-Owner at URBANE_Living.

Ahmed Refai has a diverse education history. Ahmed completed their Executive MBA in Global Executive MBA from Hult International Business School from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the American InterContinental University in 1999-2000. Ahmed also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The American University in Cairo, which they acquired during their enrollment from 1996 to 1999. Furthermore, they obtained a High School Diploma in International Bachelor from Cairo American College in Cairo, Egypt, where they studied from 1985 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they acquired the Savant Core 1 certification from Savant Systems. In 2014, they received the CEDIA EST2 certification from CEDIA EMEA. Furthermore, in 2009, Ahmed obtained the 6 Sigma Black Belt certification from Vodafone.
