Nafsika Pampouca

Nafsika Pampouca serves as the Group HR Director at Archirodon Group N.V., overseeing six HR functions and managing a team of over 30 HR professionals across Athens, Dubai, Jeddah, and Cairo, contributing to an organization with more than 15,000 global employees. Prior to this role, Nafsika was the People Section Manager at Archirodon, responsible for global recruitment and talent management. Nafsika's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Aon Hewitt, where Nafsika led the Performance, Reward & Talent Consulting Team for Greece and Cyprus and developed talent management practices, as well as roles at Hay Group and Adecco Greece, focusing on strategic HR solutions. Nafsika holds an MSc in International Employment Relations & Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Business Administration from The American College of Greece.
