Ece Yurdusevimli Metin, PhD has had a varied and impressive work experience. In 2011, they began their career as an Avionics Technician at MNG Airlines. One year later, they moved to Turkish Airlines, where they worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. In 2014, they began working as a Research Assistant at Eskişehir Technical University, where they were responsible for modelling and optimization for the aviation industry and running introductory lab classes in the avionics field. In 2020, they started working as an Assistant English Language Teacher - ALT at Şehit Mutlu Yıldırım Junior High School, as well as an English Language Teacher at English Test, where they prepared lesson plans and engaging activities for young learners. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Project Assistant at GamFed Türkiye, and in the same year they were appointed Director of Training & Program Management and Program Manager at Archi's Academy, where they are responsible for coordinating various projects, products, and initiatives, following up with entrepreneurship/accelerator programs, training on communication skills, individual/event language coaching, and rehearsals, curriculum development, teaching English 1-1 to IT professionals (both online and face to face), translating, proof-reading, editing technical & social content, and updating content-related pages on Jira, Confluence, and Git.
