Bahadır Esad Demir

Bahadır Bozkurt serves as the Founder Director of the Technology Transfer Office at İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi since April 2022, managing key modules in awareness, project development, and entrepreneurship. Previously, Bahadır held the position of Senior Researcher at İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi, focusing on advanced engineering materials and project coordination. As a Researcher at Doğuş Üniversitesi, Bahadır contributed to projects addressing urban terrorism and ballistic product innovations. Earlier career roles included Quality Engineer at Ballı Metal, Senior Cost Analyst at MARTUR FOMPAK International, and internships at multiple companies including Renault Group. Bahadır holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa and multiple degrees in mechanical engineering and occupational safety.
