Gizem Çoban

Gizem Kaya is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Doğruer Gümrük Müşavirliği since March 2022, responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements for product imports and conducting label and content control in line with the Turkish food codex. Previously, Gizem served as a Production Engineer at HUB Yiyecek, where responsibilities included planning production and creating purchasing plans in response to demand dynamics. An internship at AVOD Kurutulmus Gida provided experience in HACCP applications, food quality management, and R&D activities. Early work experience included a work-and-travel position at Coal Creek Inn. Gizem holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Slovenská pol'nohospodárska univerzita v Nitre and another Bachelor's degree from Ege University, complemented by a high school diploma in Science from Bursa Atatürk Anatolian High School.
