Justina Baranauskė

Justina Baranauskė has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the human resources field. Justina currently serves as the Head of People at ARCHITUS, where they are responsible for creating bespoke teams of tech talent for global enterprises and high-growth companies. Prior to this, they worked as a People and Culture Business Partner at Digitech Lithuania, where they consulted managers on various HR areas such as performance management and employee engagement. Justina also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hostinger International, where they played a key role in recruiting and onboarding employees. Justina has experience in talent acquisition advisory, training junior recruiters, and conducting full-cycle recruitment processes. Justina's earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at R1 RCM, a Talent Acquisition Associate at Intermedix, and an Assistant at REFUGEES TO CAMP INC. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and HR document preparation.

Justina Baranauskė obtained a Bachelor's degree from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in the years 2011 to 2015. Justina also has additional certifications in digital marketing strategy development from Venudu, human resources management from LinkedIn, and psychological support for individuals affected by a crisis from the Lithuanian Red Cross/Lietuvos Raudonasis Kryžius. All of these certifications were obtained in the year 2022.
