Jorge Barreno Cardiel

Jorge Barreno Cardiel is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in various architectural roles. Currently serving as a Senior Architect and CEPH designer at Architype since February 2020, Jorge has contributed significantly to educational projects within the UK. Prior to this, Jorge held architectural positions at BDP from January 2015 to February 2020, participating in key educational projects like Marr College and Waid Academy. Experience also includes architectural roles at Ian Kerr Associates, where retail projects were managed, and at OLA as a co-founder, focusing on international competitions. Earlier career phases involved architectural assistant roles with several firms, contributing to diverse projects such as library designs, Alzheimer care centers, and master planning. Jorge holds degrees in Architecture from Universitat d'Alacant and Università degli Studi di Firenze.
