William Nippert

William Nippert has worked in the industry since 2011, beginning their career as Vice President at Gibson Electric. In 2017, they moved to IES Commercial & Industrial as Regional Vice President of Operations. In 2019, they became President and CEO of Heritage Electric and Technology Solutions. Most recently, in 2021, William took on the role of National Projects Director at ArchKey Solutions.

William Nippert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Clemson University. William then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Northern Illinois University between 2007 and 2009. In addition, they obtained a General Journeyman Electrician (J) certification from IBEW Local 701 in May 1993.
