Giuliana Germana

Giuliana Germana serves as the Global Head of Learning, Development, Diversity & Inclusion at Archroma, where responsibilities include establishing the L&D department and implementing global learning frameworks. Previously, Giuliana held the role of Human Resources Director for Spain, Italy, and Portugal, aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives. Concurrently, Giuliana is an Associate Professor at EADA Business School, supporting Master's degree students. Giuliana's extensive experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Panalpina Transportes Mundiales and overseeing HR operations in Middle America, alongside financial leadership roles at DHL and Radio Trunking. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources from EADA and additional studies focused on leadership at IESE Business School.
