Conor Ellis

Conor Ellis is a seasoned health sector leader with extensive experience spanning several decades. As the Director of Ireland at Archus since July 2020, Conor oversees projects across Ireland, Canada, and the UK, facilitating the translation of health needs into actionable business cases. Previously, Conor served as Head of Strategic Advisory at Archus, leading a 30-plus member team focused on healthcare planning and business case development for major NHS trusts and international clients. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Health at Rider Levett Bucknall, where Conor achieved a 300% turnover growth, and extensive work in health sector integration during leadership positions at Citrica and EC Harris (Arcadis). With a strong academic foundation from Liverpool John Moores University, Conor holds an MBA in Business Management and has significantly contributed to large-scale health projects globally, including Karolinska in Sweden and Hamad Medical Centre in Qatar.
