Tamichael Thomas

Tamichael Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Tamichael started their career as an Operations Support Specialist/Project Lead at TTEC in 2002. Tamichael then joined Cahaba GBA in 2011 as a Strategic and Communications Planning Specialist, where they played a key role in monitoring, researching, and tracking activities and projects within various departments. In 2013, they became a CMS Team Lead at DST Health. Tamichael later joined Brookwood Baptist Health in 2016 as an Administrator-Process Improvement, and then transitioned to the role of Market Operations Manager in 2019. Currently, they are working at ArchWell Health, where they started as the Director of Operations in 2021 and then advanced to the position of Senior Director, Market Operations in 2023.

Tamichael Thomas has a Master of Science - MS degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ohio University. Tamichael also holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications Management from Troy University. Additionally, they have completed a program in Health Care Management from the School of Health Professions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
