Sheila Zawodniak has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sheila began their career as an HR Administrator at Z Gallerie in 2003, where they provided general HR support and assisted with various tasks related to labor law and payroll processing. In 2005, they joined Wesco Companies as an HR Generalist, focusing on HR systems and recruitment for the corporate office and subsidiaries.

Zawodniak then moved to Maxum Petroleum, Inc. in 2007, taking on the role of Senior Manager, HRIS & Employee Services. In this position, they provided project and process management for the Corporate HR department and led a team responsible for payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.

In 2011, Zawodniak worked as a Project Management Consultant at BP, where they managed an Operating Management software system and conducted gap assessments for business performance reviews. Sheila then joined Impresa Aerospace, LLC. as Director, Human Resources in 2012. In this role, they played a key part in building the HR department from scratch and developing HR programs aligned with business objectives.

After their stint at Impresa Aerospace, Zawodniak joined RDAbbott in 2017 as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations until 2019. Sheila then became the Human Resources Director at California Fuels & Lubricants, where they provided HR expertise and support until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President Administration at Stelaro, and is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Archwest Capital since June 2023.

Throughout their career, Zawodniak has demonstrated an ability to effectively manage HR functions, collaborate with business leaders, and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Sheila Zawodniak studied Psychology at McGill University. Additionally, they pursued HR Management at the College of Business, California State University-Long Beach.
