John Dorbin

John Dorbin, Jr. has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. John recently worked at Arcimoto as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, responsible for legal matters. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel and Secretary at Arcimoto. Before joining Arcimoto, John worked as an independent business consultant at Dorbin Consulting, helping companies with their transformational goals, particularly during mergers and acquisitions. John also has experience as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Supreme Corporation, where they handled all legal matters, including advising management, creating policies, engaging outside counsel, and overseeing litigation strategies. Furthermore, they played a key role in the bidding and sale of Supreme to Wabash National Corporation. John's earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Counsel at CTS Corporation, where they handled a wide range of legal matters, such as drafting contracts and supporting corporate governance. John began their career as a Deputy Prosecutor at the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney of Elkhart County and later served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Elkhart, handling general legal duties for the city.

John Dorbin, Jr. attended Purdue University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts, With Distinction, in History/Law and Society. John then attended Notre Dame Law School from 1993 to 1996, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in Law.
