Melissa W. has held various roles throughout their work experience. Melissa began their career at Gorilla Capital, Inc in 2006, where they served as the VP of Business Development and HR Director. In this role, they focused on the acquisition and renovation of distressed real estate. Melissa then joined Quantum Recruiters Inc in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are working at Arcimoto, starting as the Director of Human Resources in 2018 and currently serving as the Chief People Officer. Arcimoto is a company committed to developing sustainable transportation systems. In their current position, Melissa oversees various HR-related responsibilities.
