Manfred's extensive experience includes a 35-year tenure at Ford Motor Company, where roles ranged from Vehicle Architecture Engineering Manager to Manufacturing and Product Development Engineer, overseeing global teams and directing vehicle design efficiencies. Manfred holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Additionally, Manfred has maintained the golf course at Fox Meadow Country Club as a Greenskeeper/Landscaper since March 2022.
