Harsh Mirchandani

Harsh Mirchandani is an experienced technology professional with a focus on Oracle HCM solutions. Currently serving as Principal at ArcLight Consulting since May 2013, Harsh leads Oracle HCM implementation services utilizing a unique delivery model that enhances deployment speed and ROI. Prior to this role, Harsh was Director of Development at KBACE Technologies, where strategic leadership was provided to drive innovation for over 50 customers annually. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Rational Software, Application Analyst at Alphasoft Services, and Software Engineer at Tata Motors, where Harsh contributed significantly to the development and implementation of various Oracle HCM applications and systems. Harsh holds a B Tech degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
