Keishia Lee Cavil

Keishia Lee Cavil, M.A., is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Arclin since June 2021, Keishia oversees HR Planning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Compliance, Performance Management, and Culture Engagement initiatives. Previous experience includes a long tenure at UPS from July 1997 to January 2021, where Keishia held several positions, including Regional Human Resources Director, Human Resources Operations Manager, Workforce Planning & Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, effectively managing diverse HR functions for a large workforce. Academically, Keishia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
