Lesley Dopp Friday

Lesley Dopp Friday is a Columbia certified executive coach with a background in leadership development and human resources. Lesley is the VP of HR | Talent & Culture at Arcmed, and previously held various senior leadership roles at Bank of America. Lesley also founded Create More Waves, LLC, a coaching and talent/leadership development consulting organization. Their expertise includes design thinking and utilizing neuroscience-based thinking style preference assessments. Lesley has extensive experience working in talent development and human resources across different industries, including finance and oil. Lesley holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Kalamazoo College and MA in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University.
