Christy Cox

Christy Cox is a Learning & Development Program Manager at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies since March 2022, responsible for coordinating and facilitating various learning opportunities, including PM New Hire, Leadership Development, and DEI programs. Prior to this role, Christy served as an Instructional Coach at Webster Groves School District and held positions as a Gifted & Talented Specialist with the Oklahoma State Department of Education, an Instructional Coach at Norman Public Schools, and a Title I Instructional Coach at Mid-Del Schools. Additionally, Christy has experience as a Middle School Math Teacher in both the Pattonville School District and earlier positions, contributing to student achievement through coaching and collaboration with other educators on various committees. Christy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Truman State University and East Central University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Truman State University.
