Grant Tallard

Grant Tallard has a diverse range of work experience in logistics and operations. Grant started their career at United Parcel Service (UPS) in 1996 as a Training/Operations Supervisor, where they trained new employees and supervised material flow and order fulfillment. Grant then worked as a Logistics Supervisor at Synergy Flavors, Inc., where they led and managed a logistics operation to achieve high-quality service and customer satisfaction. In 2013, Grant became a Warehouse/Logistics Manager at Xeikon America/Belgium, where they oversaw the warehouse and transportation network, implemented cost-saving strategies, and increased customer satisfaction. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Logistics/Operations Supervisor at Safco Dental Supply Co., leading a team and ensuring accurate and timely shipping. Grant then joined Expedited Freight Systems as a Driver Manager, managing transportation staff and drivers across multiple states and terminals. Currently, they are working as a Senior Logistics Analyst at ARCOA Group, responsible for managing drivers, planning and forecasting routes, and ensuring the success of the company, customers, and drivers.
