Fahd Idrissi Khamlichi

Fahd Idrissi Khamlichi has a diverse work experience primarily in the telecom industry. Fahd started their career as a Telecom Engineer at Devoteam in 2009, where they worked on various tasks such as swap, integration, rehosting, and upgrades of 2G/3G technologies. Fahd then moved on to become a Senior Telecom Expert at Nokia, where they focused on preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and change deliveries related to BSS/RAN/OSS/OMC. In 2014, Fahd became a Senior Project Manager at Devoteam, handling telecom and information system projects. Fahd also served as the Telecom CTO, responsible for answering RFPs, pricing new telecom services, and making commercial presentations. Fahd later became a Senior Data Scientist and Telecom CTO at Devoteam, where they recruited data scientists, supervised AI-related tasks, and designed product roadmaps. Fahd also took on the role of the Director of Creative-Tech, Data-Driven, and ServiceNow BUs at Devoteam, overseeing the development of new use-cases and defining data architecture and frameworks. In their current role as the Director of Data and RPA at Devoteam, Fahd has built a data/RPA capability and managed data units across different sectors while identifying and developing innovative use-cases. Additionally, Fahd co-founded Crescendo SARL in 2008, where they worked until 2013. Prior to that, they were a BSS Expert at NSN (Devoteam), focusing on commissioning, integration, hardware upgrades, and fault/performance management. Fahd Idrissi Khamlichi has a diverse education history. Fahd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sc. Mathematics from Moulay Youssef in 2000, followed by a DEUG in Mathematics from UMV in 2002. Fahd then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from UMV Rabat, specializing in Math-Info from 2002 to 2004. Fahd continued their education at Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Conduct of industrial processes from 2004 to 2007. Finally, they completed their higher education with a PhD in Science and Technology Engineering, focusing on Mathematics and Computer Science, Learning Machine, Statistics, and Artificial Intelligence from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Fahd has obtained various certifications in fields such as company zakat calculation, HP-UX system administration, mathematical models of population dynamics, SQL Plus & Oracle administration, operation and maintenance, BSS systems troubleshooting, CISCO CCNA, NETHAWK M5 (Generation of protocol traces), and team leadership.
