Jim McNeil

Jim McNeil, a Civil Engineering graduate from Penn State University, has accumulated extensive experience in design and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Design/Build Manager at ARCO Design/Build since May 2018, Jim has progressed from a Design/Build Manager to holding several internships in the civil and geotechnical engineering fields, including positions at Kleinfelder, Advanced GeoServices Corp., and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Jim also completed a Smeal Business Fundamentals Certificate during the academic tenure at Penn State, showcasing a well-rounded educational background alongside practical work experience. Jim graduated from Downingtown West High School in 2014.
