Lauren Lyles

Lauren Lyles, M.Ed., serves as the Learning and Development Program Manager at ARCO Design/Build since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing talent development strategies, creating learning programs based on organizational needs, and establishing feedback mechanisms to assess program effectiveness. Prior experience includes a role as Special Education Instructional Coach at Fulton County Schools, where Lauren led a team, developed professional training using the ADDIE model, and provided coaching that resulted in significant staff performance improvements. Additional roles in education include serving as an Instructional Support Teacher and Special Education Teacher, focusing on curriculum development and compliance with educational standards. Lauren holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education from Clemson University.
