Connie Coopman

Connie Coopman is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Arconic, with nearly three decades of experience in human resources and training. Since December 1994, Connie has been instrumental in supporting plant-wide training efforts, particularly in Safety Training for approximately 2,500 employees. Prior to this role, Connie served as a Quality and Environmental Systems Coordinator at Alcoa, managing quality and environmental systems compliance, and held various positions in maintenance, including General Mechanic and General Mechanic Apprentice. Early career experiences include serving as an Office Assistant at Doctors Clinic and as Placement Testing Director and Professional Study Skills Tutor at Saint Ambrose University. Connie holds a B.S. in Biology from Saint Ambrose University and completed a General Mechanic Apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance through Alcoa.
