Lauren Bordogna

Lauren Bordogna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless for two years before transitioning to the role of Data Coordinator. In 2010, they moved to BNY Mellon, where they held positions as an Accounting Analyst and later as an HR Data Quality Analyst. In 2014, they joined Arconic as a Senior Business Analyst and worked their way up to become the US Payroll Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Global Payroll and Travel & Expense at Arconic.

Lauren Bordogna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005. Lauren then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Managing Information Systems from Point Park University, which they attended from 2010 to 2012.
