Megan (Florida) Zolnierowicz

Megan Zolnierowicz has a diverse work experience in marketing and digital demand generation. Megan is currently working as the SVP Marketing at Arcoro, a HR technology company focused on the construction industry. Prior to this, they served as the VP Digital Demand Generation at Arcoro, where they were responsible for addressing the unique workforce management needs of construction companies through modular software solutions. Before joining Arcoro, Megan was the Director of Marketing at Spark Hire, a company that provides a SaaS platform to improve recruiting efficiency. Megan also served as the Director of Demand Generation at Maropost, where they developed and executed data-driven digital demand gen strategies. Earlier in their career, Megan held positions as the Digital Marketing Director at Mediafly, the PR + Marketing Coordinator at Four Corners Tavern Group, and the Social Media Coordinator at Kingdom Operating Company. Megan began their career as a Copyright Associate at Mizzou Media.

Megan (Florida) Zolnierowicz completed their education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a specialization in Strategic Communications in 2011. Prior to attending the university, their high school education was obtained at Rosati-Kain High School. Aside from their formal education, Megan has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2018, they obtained the ABM Certification: Advanced from Demandbase. In 2019, they further expanded their knowledge by obtaining the Conversational Marketing Certified certification from Drift, as well as the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot.
