Justin Allen

Justin Allen has extensive work experience in the legal field. Justin started their career as a Computer Technician at Texas A&M University in 2004. In 2007, they joined Wilhite & Lea, PC as a Law Clerk and later became a Civil Litigation Attorney, handling cases related to personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defects, and insurance coverage.

In 2012, Justin joined Johnson DeLuca Kurisky & Gould, P.C. as an Attorney, where they represented major financial institutions and corporate clients in consumer litigation. Justin had the opportunity to second-chair jury trials, draft pleadings and discovery, and conduct depositions, mediations, and various court hearings.

In 2014, Justin joined Husch Blackwell as an Attorney, working on a wide range of legal matters. In 2016, they transitioned to Trinity Industries, Inc. as an Associate General Counsel, where they continued to handle legal responsibilities until 2018.

Currently, Justin holds the position of Associate General Counsel at Arcosa Inc., joining the company in November 2018.

Justin Allen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2006. Justin also obtained another B.B.A. degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University during the same time period.

Later, from 2006 to 2009, Justin attended South Texas College of Law Houston and earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
