Roberto Cruz Martinez

Roberto Cruz Martinez's work experience begins in 1994 at Coca-Cola FEMSA, where they worked as a Production Supervisor. Roberto'sresponsibilities included overseeing maintenance activities, developing preventive maintenance programs, and implementing the ISO-9000 system. Roberto also handled administrative tasks such as material requisitions and supplier development. In 1998, Roberto joined OSRAM SYLVANIA as a Production Manager. In this role, they managed production areas, inventory, personnel, production plans, and implemented the ISO-9000-2000 quality system. Roberto also focused on inventory management for plant equipment and cost reduction techniques for maintenance. In 2013, Roberto started working at Crayola as a Production Manager. There, they were responsible for production management until their recent move to Arcosa Inc. in 2022, where they currently hold the position of Operations Manager.

Roberto Cruz Martinez attended Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica IPN from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Mecánico with a focus on Energetica.
