Juan Carlos Hinojosa

Juan Carlos Hinojosa is an IT Security Expert with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Currently employed at Arcotel Ecuador since December 2020, Juan Carlos has developed awareness campaigns promoting safe internet usage for children and adolescents. As the Principal CEO of LINKEARNET S.A. since 2011, Juan Carlos has led digital transformation initiatives and managed various projects, including the pilot public bicycle service in Yachay.
