Mavis Han

Mavis Han has a diverse range of work experience. Mavis started their career as a Client Success Advocate Intern at EcoVadis in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Student Consultant for Sustainable Development Technology Canada, where they conducted research on successful accelerators and incubators. Mavis then joined Youth Challenge International as a Research and Insights Fellow, contributing to the design and launch of a social entrepreneurship program for young women in Africa. Mavis also worked as an Impact Investment Fellow at Vectors Angel and as a Finance Associate at erthos™, a company specializing in plant-powered alternatives to plastic. Currently, Mavis is working at MaRS Discovery District as a Junior Analyst in the Climate Market Intelligence department, with a recent promotion to Analyst. Additionally, they have taken on the role of Research Lead at ArcTern Ventures.

Mavis Han holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science & International Development Studies from McGill University. Mavis also has a Master's degree in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. In addition, they are a SASB FSA Level II Candidate, certified by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board in 2020.
