Dana Rochelle C. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dana Rochelle is currently serving as the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at the same company from September 2019 to November 2021.

From 2016 to 2019, Dana held multiple roles at REI, starting as a Sales Specialist and later being promoted to a Sales Lead.

Additionally, Dana worked as an Independent Consultant at CoachDiversity Institute from September 2015 to November 2016.

Dana Rochelle also had a brief role as a Special Project Advisor at the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association from April 2015 to June 2015, where they designed and implemented the Affiliate Grant Program and contributed to increasing the number of Capitol Hill visits.

From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Program Director at the National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA), taking on responsibilities such as event planning, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Dana's work experience also includes serving as a Special Programs Consultant at South Asian Americans Leading Together (SAALT) in 2012, an Immigration Program Associate at the International Rescue Committee in 2010, and a Public Relations & Press Coordinator at the Consulate General of Japan from 2004 to 2006.

Their career began with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) in 1999, where they worked as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) and served as the JET representative, addressing expat issues and teaching English to the local community.

Dana Rochelle C. completed their Juris Doctor degree in Pro Bono Honors from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law between the years 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree in French from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their educational background, they obtained the American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR, and First Aid certification in February 2015.
