The current leadership team at Arc'teryx has a wide range of experience in different industries. The team includes the Chief Operating Officer, who was previously at Saje Natural Wellness, and the VP Global Retail Product and Merchandising, who was previously at Amer Sports Corporation. The Vice President Product is also on the team and he is from Saje Natural Wellness. The VP Merchandising, Women's + Accessories is from lululemon. The Chief Executive Officer is from Away and the Chief Operating Officer and EVP, Head of International is from lululemon. The last member of the leadership team is the Chief Financial Officer who is from J.Crew.
