Mads Barås Bye

Mads Barås Bye has extensive work experience in HR and people management roles. Mads Barås is currently the Head of People Management at Arctic Securities. Prior to this, they worked at Norges Bank Investment Management as the Head of People and Organisational Development from 2017 to 2021. Mads Barås also held various HR roles within the company, including Head of HR Development, HR Business Partner, Head of Personnel Administration, and HR Manager. Mads was previously an HR Business Partner at Microsoft and an HR Consultant at Tandberg. Mads Barås started their career as a Researcher/Research Manager at ISCO Group and also worked as a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles.

Mads Barås Bye attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Siviløkonom with a specialization in Organizational Psychology.
