Thomas Berge

Thomas Berge has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as General Counsel and Head of Legal and Compliance at Arctic Securities since April 2007. Additionally, Thomas holds the position of Head of the Legal Committee at the Norwegian Securities Dealers' Association since May 2015 and is a Board Member and fagansvarlig at Arctic Property AS since February 2012. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, Deputy Judge at Tromsø City Court, and Lawyer at Wikborg Rein. Thomas has also contributed to academia as an External Examiner at both the University of Oslo and UiT The Arctic University of Norway, along with serving as a Lecturer in Company Law at BI Norwegian Business School. Thomas holds a Cand jur degree from the University of Oslo, an LLM in European Law from Heidelberg University, and completed a sophomore year at California Lutheran University.
