Jacqueline Smith

Jacqueline Smith has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Jacqueline started their career at ASRC Energy Services in 2004 as an intern and later became the CRP Jr Liaison/Intern Coordinator. In 2008, they joined Arctic Slope Regional Corporation where they worked in various HR roles, including HR Generalist, HR Manager, and Sr. HR Manager - Compensation. Currently, they hold the position of Compensation Director at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.

Jacqueline Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Alaska Fairbanks between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Wellesley College from 2001 to 2002 with an undeclared major. Jacqueline completed their high school education at Barrow High School from 1998 to 2001.
