Andrea Freer

Andrea Freer is an experienced technical operations manager with a comprehensive background in IT and technical support. Currently, Andrea serves as Technical Operations Manager at Arctic Wolf, having held various roles including Lead Member Of Technical Staff and Member Of Technical Staff since February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft Canada and multiple positions at Desire2Learn, ranging from SaaS NOC Administrator to Sr SaaS NOC Admin. Andrea's career began at Research In Motion as an IT Service Desk Representative, with earlier roles in helpdesk support and computer technician positions. Andrea holds a degree in Network Engineering & Security Analyst from Mohawk College, completed in 2010.
