Anna Taylor FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Anna currently holds the position of People Director at Arctic Wolf, a role they began in 2022. Prior to that, Anna held leadership positions at Tensar International Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of HR for the Eastern Hemisphere, overseeing employee experience for 400 employees across 15 countries. Anna also worked as an HR Director at Tensar International Corporation for the Eastern Hemisphere.

Before joining Tensar, Anna worked at Rolls-Royce, where they held multiple senior HR business partner roles. Anna also served as an HR Business Partner at Abbey National, where they managed the HR contribution to business plans and objectives. At Vodafone, Anna held positions as an HR Business Partner and the Head of UK Graduate Resourcing, where they led the graduate resourcing team and developed attraction strategies to position Vodafone as a leading graduate employer.

Anna's career started with an internship at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where they gained early HR experience. Throughout their career, Anna Taylor FCIPD has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various HR functions, contributing to the success and growth of the organizations they have worked with.

Anna Taylor FCIPD received their education from various institutions and programs. In 1995 to 1999, they attended Northumbria University and earned a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management. In 1999, they pursued further studies at Oxford Brookes University and received a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Anna also obtained a Certificate in Counselling from Coventry University in 1997-1998.

Anna expanded their expertise in different areas. In 2001-2005, they completed practitioner, master practitioner, and NLP coach training in Neuro Linguistic Programming at ITS. Anna furthered their skills in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy from 2005 to 2008, acquiring multiple certifications including a Certificate, Diploma, Practitioner Diploma, and Cognitive Behavioural Diploma.

Anna's commitment to professional development continued with additional certifications. In 2009, they completed the Glasgow Meridian Programme in Leadership from Common Purpose. In 2011-2012, they participated in Go M.A.D. Coaching at Go M.A.D. Thinking. Anna also completed the Process Excellence Leadership Academy in Lean Manufacturing at Rolls-Royce in 2012.

Furthermore, Anna Taylor FCIPD received recognition as a Chartered Fellow from CIPD in 1999. Anna also obtained certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2020.
